We care about the safety of children and have provided discounts on tickets purchased on our online platform and over the counter platforms at 50% and 30% respectively. However, please note the following:
  1. The Child fare rate only applies to children between the ages of 2-10.
  2. Children within this range cannot travel unaccompanied by an adult
  3. Child fare rates can only be assessable upon the presentation of a valid means of identification for the child(ren) on the planned day of travel then failed of which will result in discount cancellation.
  4. An adult is only allowed a maximum of two child fare rates per booking

Due to our ever evolving demands from our esteemed client, we constantly go beyond our reach to meets their needs. Firstly, before embarking on your booking process. its advisable to check on our available route(s) we travel. Afterwards, if your desire route is listed in our database, you can continue with your booking process or send an email to help@mufsufmotors.com
Due to the CBN cashless policy, we now accept payment using a secured payment provided by our partner (PAYSTACK). For customers,having difficulty with online payment, our billing & support team can accept cash. if booking is done at our various Bus Terminals

Before you travel

All customers are entitled to one medium sized luggage (i.e 17"(1.42ft), 22"(1.83ft), 36"(3.00ft)). For comfort and safety purposes, we are unable to accommodate any luggage with dimensions exceeding this standard. In cases where specific guest(s) luggage exceeds this requirement, affected customer will be asked to pay either for excess luggage or purchase an extra seat to accommodate it.
Guests who experience payment related issues and require refunds are advised to contact their banks directly. This excludes bank transfer transactions. Refund request originating from bank transfers can be processed by sending an email to support@mufsufmotors.com. Once we confirm that funds were acquired and the account number to be credited has been provided by the guest, a refund will be made within seven (7) to ten (10) working days
Check in closes 30 minutes before the estimated time of departure. To ensure timely departure, we recommend that guests honour this as departure time will not be extended and a fee of Five Hundred (N500) will be applicable for reschedule due to lateness or no show. In a situation where the fare of the new trip is higher than the old trip, the guest will also be required to pay the differential. Note that all reschedules/ re-routing requests are subject to vehicle and seat availability on desired route. Also, note that in the event of change due to re-routing, guest is not guaranteed a preferred seat choice.

Commuters are advised to monitor their luggage while at our terminals or in our vehicles. Should any item be stolen, lost or forgotten, we will not be held legally responsible. Found but unclaimed properties will be kept for a maximum of 30 days before it is disposed of (except perishable items which will be discarded the same day if unclaimed to prevent contamination)
As a company, we recognize the importance of preventive maintenance and we practice it dutifully to reduce and possibly eliminate in transit breakdowns. However in the event that it does happen, commuters are requested to contact our call centre on 07085915538. For speedy action, our patrol teams are also strategically located to provide a replacement vehicle within the shortest possible time. In situations where an alternative vehicle is provided by Mufsuf Motors to complete the trip, please note that tickets cannot be reused.
